Google currently testing this service with fewer invite only customers and taking feedback from them. Based on the feedback they will improve their services and will launch a full fledged service for all.

Google is working towards making their customer support and infrastructure works flawlessly for this service and adding right additional services like web design tools and hosting services so that you can get all the required services under one roof.
